Certificated Foundation Course: This course provides theory and practical hands-on experience to explore all aspects of hypnosis and allied holistic therapies.

Who is the course for?

It is for any person wanting to improve self-knowledge and self-development.
It is for any person wanting to learn more about Hypnotherapy and it will provide a solid, broad base from which you may progress to the Diploma Course.

This English-language course has been designed to give you:

Comprehensive, professional and practical training for personal or professional use.
The skills needed if you are intending to train as a hypnotherapist
The skills needed to help you in your work and your personal life: to improve confidence, self-esteem, weight control or to use with habits such as smoking and nail-biting.
An opportunity to learn more about Hypnotherapy.

Further Information:

The course is offered by the Clinical Hypnosis Institute (CHI) Inc. Kent College of Hypnotherapy & Associated Therapies.
You will get comprehensive backup notes and audiotapes throughout the course.
The course is run with a maximum of 20 participants to ensure personal training.
Once you have completed the Certificated Foundation Course you will be eligible for the Diploma Course to be held later this year.

Assessments will be made throughout the course to help you evaluate your progress. If you complete the course satisfactorily you will be accredited by the CHI.
On submission of three case histories you may also apply to the HA Hypnotherapy Association for Registration. You may also apply for a Professional Liability Insurance through recommended insurance companies.

COURSE DETAILS

Syllabus: Introduction to Hypnosis Hypnosis for Positive Change Weight Control & Accessing Information Stop Smoking & Ideo-Motor Response Eriksonian Hypnosis	General course hours: 10am to 1pm and 3.30 pm to 6pm
	Cost for full course: € 550 approx (£ 350) covers 22 hours of training.
You may attend for the first few days only as a Starter Course on a pro-rata rate.	Patricia will be available for one-to-one discussions during the week, by arrangement.

Patricia Whitson D Hyp, (Dist) MBSCH

Patricia is a Clinical Hypnotherapist registered with both the NHS and BUPA. She went on to an advanced diploma and was awarded a distinction by the British Medical Hypnotherapy Examination Board.
In addition to her role as founder and supervisor for The Clinical Hypnosis Institute & The Kent College of Hypnotherapy, Patricia also runs her own practice.

With over 15 years' experience as a therapist and tutor in Bodywork, Breathwork, Psychotherapy, Relationships Training, Patricia is both a member of the BHA Hypnotherapy Association and the Healer Practitioner Association International.
