Does anyone know how to ask the butcher for a beef joint for doing a sunday roast?
In America there is a booklet called The Meat Buyers Guide which is available in Spanish.Not sure if you can download the info for free but its the best book anywhere.Full color photos of the cuts and pictures of where they come from on the animal.
