Thanks I managed to get some from our local expat shop.
It's very easy to make. Just get some shoulder pork minced (twice if possible) and add seasonings such as pepper, sage, apple or anything really that you see on the labels of sausages you buy in supermarkets in England. If you're making sausage rolls you don't need to have skins - problem solved.
