Having recently bought a house in Mallorca, we are aware that we really should have a Spanish will. Does anyone have experience of this and can you recommend a contact you have used?
Hi..we did ours by going to a notary (just ask for an appointment at any you can find on-line. )We used one in the Plaza de España,,in a building on the right hand side as you look down towards San Miguel. It is pretty straightforward ( for a standard, uncomplicated will)and relatively inexpensive. Just take all legal documents you have, suc as NIE, passports ,property deeds, bank a/c details etc...anything you think you may need to prove you are the owners of what you say you own.
