Do you need to register to vote for the first time? Are you already registered but need to request your Absentee Ballot? Do you have children who will turn 18 by Nov. 3 (even though they haven't lived in the US?)? Don't delay: Go to votefromabroad.org! You need the address of the last place you lived in the US (or a parent lived, if you never lived in the US) to get started. Others may use the address in the state they were last registered to vote.
I'd love to know how this was thought of - the format for the dates for retirement!!! Date of birth lottery! https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/310231/spa-timetable.pdf Sorry we do not need to hear that "life is not fair" - this is unjust Please sign the petition below and see the WASPI site on Facebook for more info https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/110776
I have got a few bags of clothing (all in good condition) - I would like to donate to a charity or a clothing bank - Does anyone here know where I can send them? If there is a reliable place I am happy to organise a collection from the condo I live in - well its Christmas soon, maybe it would go to good use. Looking for any suggestions. Thanks so much!
I am looking for a classroom to rent on a daily basis to teach First Aid and CPR in Bangkok. I am currently renting a classroom in a scuba diving shop located in Chonbui and would like to expand to the Bangkok area. If you have a classroom that you do not use all the time and would consider renting on a daily basis please email me firstname.lastname@example.org or call Fred on 0816825056
Thought I would pass on this, I have a DYMO label printer that I bought in the UK here, have just discovered from AngloINFO office supplies page, the local agent in Bangkok for all labels and new machines is RS Components Co., ltd, The person I dealt with spoke fluent English and was more helpful, knowledgable than I could have possibly have hoped for ! How nice! Their phone number is on their directory listing http://bangkok.angloinfo.com/af/368/bangkok-office-supplies-and-services.html
Hi, I'm guessing this is a pretty regular discussion on the forum here, but things change over time and I'm hoping somebody can recommend a good reliable estate agent in Bangkok. My wife and I are moving soon and would like to make contact ahead of arrival. Looking to rent a one or two bedroom apartment, maybe near Asoke, or at least along Sukhumvit Road somewhere. Close to the Sky Train and a supermarket ideally. Any points in the general dierection of an expat friendly agent would be great. Thanks Ross

Hi, Is anyone interested in language exchange? I am looking for a native English speaker to practice spoken English with. In return, I will help you with Chinese learning (I am originally from Taiwan and have experiences in teaching Chinese to foreigners). Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!
Is it just me or is it the weather, or the economy, or the bad traffic, or something that has seemed to wipe the smile from many shop assistants. For the last few months no matter where I have shopped I seem to get a very cold attitude and dedinately no smile although I smile at them and am very polite. That old friendly smile may still be evident up country but here in the capital I feel that it is slipping away. Obviously there are exceptions which are lovely when they occur.
