we welcome you to a set of classes that will take place in our beautiful studio for the spring time. first class will always be free. join us.

Morning Hatha Yoga:

This class is designed to relieve all the tightness and energy blocks that our bodies often face at the start of the day. It stretches and strengthens the muscles with a strong focus on breath and body alignment. It releases mental and physical tension, and creates space for “being”. This practice will help you start the day with awareness and availability, creating the conditions to set yourself up for a wonderfully positive day!

Open to all levels
Every Monday : 9:30 -11:00

Evening Hatha Yoga:

Allow your day to dissolve while finding freedom in long, deep, breathing and extended holds in gentle postures. This Hatha Yoga session is a soothing and calming experience designed to cultivate lunar energy. This class relieves stress and anxiety, and helps you accessing your innate wisdom.

Open to all levels
Thursday 19:00-20:30

*participants are kindly asked to bring their own yoga mattress
