Life as a foreigner in the Cascais area is diverse, interesting and fun, but also can be quite tricky especially when things change so quickly. Although many of the local population do speak English at various levels, most of your news will come to you in a different language.  The purpose of this blog is to provide you with access, in English and across different platforms, to more local news, and information about what’s happening in and around the municipality of Cascais.
