sports equipment

Hey, guys! The summer is soon, and I want to get ready for it. I don't have a chance to visit gyms, so I'll exercise at home. What is the best equipment to buy for home exercising? I found this article https://www.runnersworld.com/uk/gear/g29843228/home-gym-equipment/ and maybe, someone can advise which things are the best to buy? And I have one more question. I want also to start jogging in the park, but my old running shoes are in awful condition, so I want to buy a new pair. Which shoes are the best for it(quality, price, ankle support)?

Hey, Jacob/ The link is inactive, but I visited it. From all that list I recommend you to buy vaigle ankle and wrist weights because the effect of training will be visible sooner. Pull up bar also is a good thing, but in general, it depends on your aim, for example, you want to lose weight, to gain it, or to make the body embossed. What about shoes. I have chronic back pain, so when I need to buy shoes, I pay attention to those characterizing. You can google the best sport shoes for running, and there will be a lot of helpful; info.

Hey! I agree with Tyreese and everything he wrote. I also have those sports equipment as he, and it's enough for me. Sometimes I also jog in the park( no equipment needed) and play tennis. What about running shoes, then I can advise you to have a look at this review https://perfectshoesforyou.com/best-running-shoes-for-bad-knees/ of 10 best running shoes for bad knees. I have one pair which is descrived at that review (ASICS Gel-Venture 6 Running Shoe), and those shoes are better than an ordinary one, because they support your ankle while running, which protect you from injury and pain.
