Rental home for a family

Hello, we are an American family of five. We are looking for a home/small farm to rent for the next several years. We are hoping to find something near family along the borders of 29 and 56. We need 3-4 bedrooms, a good internet connection  (my wife telecommutes for work), and some land for a garden and to keep some small animals like goats and chickens. 

We would like a traditional contract, but we are also open to a caretaker arrangement. My wife has experience doing renovations like painting/wallpapering/staining etc. I have experience with outdoors gardening and farming projects.
