This little town is a good example of a typical Breton town of long ago. It has retained all its original architecture with beautiful granite buildings set around the village square. Dont miss the ancient justice parlours in the town center.
Accessible on foot or by car at low tide it becomes an island again at high tide. Mainly composed of small creeks, dunes, gorse, fields and grass, Callot spreads over 3 km in length and is between 15 and 300 m wide.
