With a varied portfolio including conversions such as water-mills, barns, longeres, house and apartment renovations and new build homes, we offer an individual, open and personal design service and are always happy to chat informally about your ideas.

Based in Dinan but covering all of Brittany and much of Normandy we offer a range of services including:

  •     Pre-purchase feasibility studies
  •     Development of project brief
  •     Design, concept, planning permit applications
  •     Schedules of works
  •     Liaising with local authorities, Architectes des bâtiment de France (listed buildings, historic sites)
  •     Arrangement of soil surveys
