moving to brittany

I am 22 from Guernsey and I have been working in finance for over 3 years but would like a change.  I have visited France a few times recently, particularly Saint Malo and have really enjoyed the area and I have made a couple of friends.  I have been thinking for a while now about possibly moving to France to learn french as I have had some lessons here in Guernsey and I am also teaching myself here and now but I would like to fully be able to speak French and moving there is a real solution to that.  I also enjoy the french way of life and people.  Obviously I would need a job and somewhere to live but I was just wondering for a bit of advice and whether you know where there could be accommodation and maybe opportunities to work for a non french speaking person.  Thank you very much for your time.
