Hi, I'd be interested to know if other cat owners living in apartments vaccinate their cats or whether it is not deemed necessary for apartment cats?
My vet advised me to despite my cat not going outside. I suppose it is because we could bring in bacteria on the soles of our shoes.
I think that some cat owners don't have the additional feline leukaemia jab when the cat lives indoors.
Thanks for your replies!
Personally I don't think it's worth taking the risk. My 2 cats live exclusively indoors and I make sure they get a full range of vaccinations each year.
