Tiborcz & Zebegnyei Associated Lawyers (TZL) are a Budapest based international boutique practice offering expats and foreign-owned businesses full-scale legal services in Hungary.


Attila Tiborcz attended the Robert Schumann Institute for Higher European Studies in France and studied in the United States. He handles online commerce, start-ups, corporate law, consumer protection and creative industry-related issues for international clientele. He contributed to the establishment and development of the first Chinese-European law firm now having offices in 30+ cities around the world.

Adam Zebegnyei gained his professional experience of 15 years in a wide range of legal matters working with clients of international background, representing SMEs and individuals in various fields from real estate to employment. Having worked in Shanghai at one of the largest law firms of Asia, he frequently cooperates with foreign clients.

TZL’s Expat Desk offers services in most key areas of professional and private matters:
