Hello and hi.... I’m in need of a vacuum cleaner for I have been using a mop so far. I feel that a vacuum cleaner can certainly help me save time on my household activities but I’m equally confused to fix on one. The fact is that my co-worker suggested me a traditional vacuum cleaner but I’m thinking to get a bag less one. It looks handy but I’m not sure. is it me alone that receives constant phone calls (all taped) from different politicians and candidates running for some office (in the best of cases) or wanting to grab a "slice of what is left of poor Argentina's economic cake"? What is most annoying is that I signed up both in Buenos Aires province and CABA so that nobody would call me, and since then, phone calls have increased!
Do you enjoy reading romance novels and chick' lit, and fancy reading a fictional story set in Buenos Aires? Buenos Dias Lucy London by Iza MacLeod. For a free sample, the first three chapters can be read on Amazon. If the blurb and genre are of interest to you I can send you the book in return for writing a genuine review of what you think of the review. It doesn't have to be a professional or extwensive review. (Numbers of free ebooks to be sent are limited). British girl Lucy has the time of her life in Buenos Aires. She meets people from all over the world, makes some brilliant friends and parties the night away while trying to learn Spanish by day. It’s not just excitement though. While revelling in the foreign adventure, Lucy soon becomes mesmerized by the place and a certain porteño. Polo, tango, wonderful food and hospitality ... Lucy samples all things Argentine, before briefly stopping at other international destinations on her way home. Though Lucy feels very much at home back in England, she can’t completely let go of her time in Argentina and she needs to decide where – and with whom – her heart really belongs. A tale of passion, romance and the freedom of being somewhere that’s completely different from home.
Are you as concerned as I am about the plastic rubbish, including the ubiquitous plastic water bottles, that we see everywhere? If so, join the global campaign to do something about it! If everybody does a little, a lot will be achieved. http://www.thepetitionsite.com/656/074/365/pledge-to-clean-up-some-plastic-rubbish-every-day/ Thank you.
I hope someone can help me. I have a maternal grandmother who was born in Buenos Aires. The family is listed in the 1895 Census as LAINO...but they are French and the correct spelling was LAGNEAU. Armand LAINO (Lagneau), Rosalie (wife), Armand (son) and Mathilde (my grandmother).. Can anyone help me with information on how to trace this family? I believe Rosalie may have died over there. The family lived in Buenos Aires for may 10 plus years. My mother wrote Balcarce on a paper I found. Side note: Armand remarried an Italian women named Jeanne Tosi. I think in Buenos Aires. But I have not proof. Is there someway to look for marriage or death records? Thanks.
