I am very pleased for you norsmith.  Now don't go holding you breath while you wait for it to be repaired, but and as I mentioned before, I got my things back, eventually, and in perfect working order.

Well Tigger back to the drawing board. It is a Lavor superwash 160 I have not a Karcher, so Weldom won't touch it. cannot believe cannot get it repaired anywhere. Thanks anyway for your help.

I have one last suggestion.  How about contacting the manufacturer and asking for the nearest repair shop?  I have, attached below, an English site:

If anyone on here has got a cheap second hand one for sale that works well , then that may be the most financially viable for Nor.   So come on good people,keep your eyes and ears open.   Often one see's them for sale on the second hand sites for prices cheaper than what a reperation would cost,though do make sure that it works first or that would be a step backwards.

I received today the usual monthly leaflets/magazines not always welcome, but l'eclerc promo Nettoyeur haute pression  2200 watt, 98 euro 2 year guarantee . I rushed out immediately to find  only two left. One definitely mine! Got to the caisse and got another 10 euro deduction  on my fidelity card. RESULT!! I would  probably have paid nearly  that for  a repair. Happy  Days!! Once again merci. Bon journee.

Norm, did you check the old one for calcaire blockage? might be worth tipping a bottle of white vinegar in there in case it solves it. At least you will have a spare one instead of chucking it out.
