Re register my Spanish car in France!

I need some help please! I am moving from Spain to France & am re registering my Spanish car in France. Who do I have to tell in Spain and what documents do I have to return? I don't want them chasing me for the tax in the Spring. I sometimes wake up grumpy.... other times I let him sleep

Hi you need to go to the prefecture in france with proof that you live here a water bill for example your ID card or passport, don't stop your car insurance in Spain until you have one in France, I hope this helps you if not get back to me and I will try again. Kind regards Maddie Young.

Thanks, I've put all that in place, I just wondered if I had to let the traffico office or another official body know in spain?
