This Medieval style castle was built in the 13th century by the Moors to defend against Christian soldiers trying to reclaim the land. After being closed for 25 years, it's now open for visits on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Located on the edge of the town of Forna, the castle is a 5 minute walk up from the car park. Entry is from 10:00 - 14:00 priced at 2€ (without guide) or 3€ (with guide).
