I heard today that a large group of people are having to live in makeshift construtions on the outskirts of the town of Cieza in Murcia. What can be done to help them any ideas would be welcome.
The social security system here works quite well, if they are legal they should be able to get assistance from there
where do did you get the information that the SS system is good here? To my knowledge this is not the case. Many people rely on carites like Caritas to eat.
Regardless of their status here they are human beings, should we just disgard them if they have no papers?
I think my first call will be the local church to see if they are involved and if they are maybe try to collect food for them to pass on.
I am sure the church will guide you along the right path
