Going to try my luck this week and get my name on the Padron. Can anyone tell me what paperwork I need to take with me and if there is a charge?

I took with me a copy of the escitura, if you dont have that then a utilities bill with your name and address on would suffice, plus my NIE number and passport. No charge, pretty straight forward really.
