I live in San Javier in Spain Does anyone else have the same problem?  I still get asked when visiting our local Indian if I´d like my Korma medium, mild or hot! (Yes I´m a Korma girl and proud!)   KEEP CALM AND CURRY ON COOKING  I´d love to  here where you go for a good Indian

Just wondering if the big Auchan hypermarket in La Denia Boulevard would stock the spices - they seemed to have almost everything else.
