If I live in Spain but work in Gibraltar, am I entitled to send my children to a Spanish school?

You would be entitled to send your children to spanish school if you live in Spain, it depends which area you live in which school your children go to. Usually you are given 3 schools in your area to choose from, it wouldn't have anything to do with where you work where your children go to school.
