We have an urgent question. We will probably move to the Alhaurin El Grande area shortly and we need to gather information about the schools.  Can anyone recommend a good international school for our eight year old daughter?

My brother his wife and 4 year old child are visiting me for 2 weeks in August but they want to spend a few days somewhere in Marbella or Estepona at a resort which is ideal for the child to mix with other children. Hi, I'm 15 years old and me and my family are moving to Spain in a few months to Castillejar, Granada. Could anybody please tell me if there is any entertainment, clubs or anything like that. Hi, I am trying to move to Estepona with my 15 year old son and 12 year old daughter. My son is looking forward to the idea, he is doing Spanish GSCE and speaks fluently, but my daughter having recently started secondary school in the UK and having made so many friends, is less than keen. Neither her or me speak Spanish. Are there any girls aged 12/13 out there who have recently moved to the Marbella area, that could share some good experiences for me? I am sure that she will have a better way of life in Spain, but I'm not sure she understands that she will make new friends and do normal things. She's into fashion and loves shopping in Primark, New Look etc and thinks that she will have to wear daggy clothes in Spain. Please let me know of your experiences, both good and bad. many thanks x

Got my two nieces staying for a month and we have found the hottest time of the day(siesta time) that going out is just too much, but they can't settle to sleep and I don't want to stick them in front of the TV all the time. Any ideas of ways I can keep them entertained and cool?

I am looking for a nursery for my 18 month old son as we are moving to Cala Nova Golf. I have heard of the Tree House Children's Centre but I would like to know if there are any others around that may be nearer. Are there any toddler/play groups in the area?? Any advice or information is much appreciated as we are moving from the Costa Blanca and I don't know anyone in the area with kids yet!
