I( nigerian ) and my girlfriend(romanian) are getting married here in Northern Cyprus.  After the marriage we think of taking the certificate to her country(Romania) to register it there. Since I can't cross the border as a Nigerian studying here in North cyprus . We are thinking if we both can cross the border with the marriage certificate to go for a visa from the Romania visa in South Cyprus. Is it possible?
