CAT B40 MOBILE TELEPHONE

Hi All ive just recently purchased a CAT B40 mobile phone from CYTA  as i was passing that area i took a fancy to this CAT B40 as i use CAT machines back in the UK and CYTA described it as tough and a nice phone after 2 months the vol went so i returned to LINOPETRA  CYTA and they sent it to there tech dept they telephone me after 2 weeks and told me the phone was scrap. and i had damaged it, WELL i could not believe what i was hearing So can any body shed any light on this phone as another guy in the UK has had the same problem with this phone. thanks guys
