Yes you guessed it, not really a pill but exercise. In fact walking is recommended by Dr James Brown from the School of Life and Health Services at Aston University to maintain healthy living and improve quality of life. Luckily this 'pill' isn't expensive, in fact its free and a good way to take it is in regular weekly walks with us, the Polis Latchi Walking Group. We are a group of people who live in this area and get together each Thursday to explore the beautiful scenic villages around where we live. This walk is mainly flat starting from Latchi, a circular route firstly through the back roads towards Polis. Turning down into the Polis campsite through the avenue of fragrant eucalyptus trees to the beach area where we turn onto the coastal path that will lead us back to Latchi Marina area.
