I posted a previous topic about any local football teams to Paphos or possibly forming one for Ex-Pats or locals interested in playing regular footy. Unfortunately didnt seem to be much interest. Please, please reply if you play at all and would be interested, know of any such teams, would be keen on running a team, sponsoring a team or could help in anyway poss. Thanks, JordyJordy
Would you like to play bridge in Limassol? (Free lessons given if you don't already play). A small and enthusiastic rubber bridge group needs more players. We play primarily for fun, we are not too serious, we don’t play for money, and we don’t tolerate long inquests and arguments! Please call me, David Pentecost on 99117265 Or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org (Non-smokers only please).
A pair of racing cycle wheels have been stolen of my bike that was attached to the back of my car with a rack. They were a pair of 27' (700c) black anodised Mavic rims, Shimano hubs, and new slick tyres. Rewards leading to the whereabouts of these wheels. Tel Matt on 25314563
hi all Boomerbaby ready to leave the cradle and take his first tentative step into the unknown. As this will be the first of many visits before retiring in 2010 by which time I will be potty trained and my dummy cast aside. So from now till then I will be requiring child minders from the various sites to guide me. To kick off I will be over in jan 2008 for a holiday in Paphos, and would like to meet up with ramblers as a way of getting some conception of the island and also to hold my hand. So are there any grown-ups out there who would or know of any groups who would ramble with me? P S I'm a 6ft 2, male, Scottish hilwalker :-)
Hi I have a friend coming out to stay with me for 2 weeks on 22 November and we'd really like to go hiking. I don't know Cyprus well enough to go on my own. Does anybody have details of group hikes that we could attend as a one-off (I may want to continue)? I live in Limassol, but could easily travel if necessary. Thank you

Where would my love life have been without it?
Hello, I am moving to Cyprus soon and wondered if there are any ex-pat adult football teams in the Paphos area? If not are there many blokes interested in forming one? I have experience in managing, coaching and playing the game and really keen on continuing when I get there early next year. Please e.mail me if you can help or would be interested in playing, sponsoring or coaching or perhaps know of any local facilities we could use, opposition, leagues, etc. Keep Smiling JJordy
Hello all, I've looked at the language schools here in Limassol that offer german but as a stay home mom with a young child, group lessons once a week just isn't going to do it for me. Are there any teachers out there who would be willing to teach me privately at my home so I don't have to figure out what to do with my daughter? I'm looking to become fluent, so it would be long term! Thanks!
