Hi Looking for some information on the above. My dad is looking to move out with me in the next year or so. Can you advise on the best place to look for this sort of work? Is there any news on the Coral Bay marina as we are looking at Paphos? He has 25 years experience in this field of Fibreglass laminating in boat-building, reading drawings etc and also experienced in boat valeting and GRP repairs in marinas etc. He can supply a CV if required, any help would be great - including salaries to look for! Thanks guys ;)

I recently moved to Limassol and wonder whether there are any local young childrens football teams/football coaching. My son is only 4 but is football crazy. I would love for him to enjoy the hobby with other children his age. If anybody knows of anything please let me know where, when and how much? Thanks. xx

Hi, I have tried to find someone who has queried this already & apologise if this tv talk is getting boring but on behalf of my football loving boyfriend i would like to know if you can get the premiership matches on cypriot tv.  we cant afford the sky tv prices & hoped they may be on normal tv or a cheaper version of sky? we had the bbc prime package which has left us with no channels now at all & was a complete waste of money so dont want that to happen again! i know the world cup was shown on pik channel... thanks!

Hi there. Is there any information about snorkelling in Cyprus? Where to go? Where not to go? (Probably more important!) What you can see? Best time to go? Any books and maps out there? I have been snorkelling before in Cyprus but only on an occasional basis during my trips over there and wanted a bit more in depth information. Thanks HeD

I have lived and worked in many European countries and always make sure I get to a football match wherever I go. My family and I have just moved to Cyprus, and my 8 year old son and I went along to watch a recent Apollon match in Limassol. Whilst it was not La Liga or Premiership standard, it was good fun. There were only about 5000 people at it, but my son enjoyed the chanting and atmosphere, and cheered his head off when the goals were scored. I know there has been some violence between certain clubs, and like anywhere else, you don't go into the wrong end with your scarf on. But in general, it was well worthwhile and worth the money. We paid £7 for me to get in and my son went in free. For a bigger game I assume he would have to pay something.... I would recommend to anyone here with kids (or without), to go along and sample the atmosphere.
