Italian Conversation exchange for French Conversation?

Hello. I am English but have a more or less perfect command of French. I am also seeking to continue learning Italian (I am currently early intermediate). I would love to meet someone who could help me with Italian. I would be happy to pay or to exchange Italian and French conversational practice. I live in Cubjac but would be happy to travel.
