Our daughter has been educated in France and now, aged 18, wants to go back to the UK to university.  Does anyone know to whom one should apply in France for a university grant?  I add that we live in France and pay all our taxes in France.

I think you have to apply in the UK. And it's mostly loans nowadays, rather than grants.
