Does anybody know what breeds of chickens are sold at Riberac market? Passed through on market day a while ago but did not have time to stop but looked like one person was selling chickens other than the usual bare necked variety - looking for pure breds - Orpingtons, Brahmas, Wyandottes, etc. George

I need an English speaking vet in or near Bordeaux  to administer a tapeworm tablet for my dog prior to entering into the UK.  Does anyone know of a vet who charges reasonable prices in the area please?

Good evening, I have lost my dog, Jack. He was last seen on 2nd November in the area of St Cybranet / Castelanud la chapelle / Daglan in the Dordogne 24250 area.. He is approx. 3 to 4 years old. only has ONE EYE. Orange with white paws and chest. I am currently on holiday here so he does not know the area very well but my parents live here (st Cybranet). He is a podenco maneto which is an Andalucian hunting hound with short legs and a long thick body. He is a rescue dog (I adopted him 2 years ago). He has an electronic chip.If you see him or hear of anything please call me on 0553596023 or 0673404590 or freyalynott01@gmail.com

HiHas anyone had a long wait for the return of their horse’s passport after its been sent to the IFCE for registering.  I sent my TB’s passport to the IFCE early October 2017 they eventually passed it to GALOP who received it early December 2017 (I have the stamped confirmation of both IFCE and GALOP receiving it). Now heading for April 2018 it still hasn’t been returned to me.

Just this week we have already received calls from caring members of the public who have discovered pregnant mums.Every life matters though and we do the best we can with the resources that we have to save the lucky few who come to Acorn. We will be looking for caring, responsible homes for our cats and kittens; people who will commit to them for the rest of their lives and ensure that they continue responsibility for neutering, vaccinating, feeding and loving them. We’re quite used to requests for kittens of certain colours, so long as you can provide a good home, if you want a ginger, white, or black, that’s fine with us!We keep a waiting list of requests for kittens. That way, as soon as they are 8 weeks old and have had their first vaccination and microchip, they can be re-homed and we will have a space for the next needy one.If you would like to go onto the waiting list, please contact us on associationacorn@gmail.com or on 05 53 81 30 44.Please also follow us on Facebook: Acorn Cat Rescue. Thank you for helping us.

I am a registered supplier of Dodson & Horrell Horse and Dog food in St. Martin De Riberac 24600.  My customers require smaller quantities of feed rather than having to order large amounts as you do in group drop shipping. I have had a couple of enquiries asking if I would consider supplying Dengie and wondered if there is enough interest  in the Dordogne to further these requests. Please email me, Nicky, at doggydejeuner@gmail.com (Angloinfo Directory)if you would be interested.
