Anna is a Registered Psychologist who works with adults across the lifespan, offering an approach that is based in acceptance, compassion, and mindfulness skills aimed at helping you handle the common challenges that show up when we face change.

This may range from struggling with low mood, heightened worry or anxiety, loneliness, loss or any other sense of dissatisfaction that you feel is impacting on your day-to-day life.

An expat herself, Anna is from New Zealand, and has had ten years experience working both face-to-face as well as offering Skype-based sessions.
