Alpine French School: French Summer Camp
French language summer camps: residential, day or family camp options available. Based in Morzine, just 1 hour from Geneva in the French Alps, improve your language skills and try some great adventure activities at Alpine French School’s French Summer Camp.
Students spend their mornings taking French language classes, but these aren’t like school! Students are split into groups according to age and ability, some with exam objectives such as GCSE French. The focus is on learning through conversation, with games, songs and interactive activities so it doesn’t feel too much like school.
In the afternoons, students take part in a varied, fun activity programme. Activities are run in French by our activity leaders and students get to take part in adventure activities such as tree-top adventure park, white-water rafting, hiking, tennis, scavenger hunts and much more! There is the possibility to add optional activities such as Adventure Activities, private French classes or horse-riding.
Our French Summer Camp is located in the heart of the French Alps in the beautiful town of Morzine. Just one hour from Geneva, Morzine is a bustling mountain town with mountain lakes and beaches, outdoor pools, tennis courts, skatepark, equestrian centre, climbing sites, adventure parks, ski-lifts open for mountain biking and hiking, rivers for white-water rafting, lakes for stand-up paddle boarding and canoeing or just sunbathing!
Teenagers aged 12 and over can join our camp and stay on site with our Camp Director and our team of Activity Leaders to be fully immersed in French from dawn to dusk.
Children aged 6 and over can join our day camp either for the morning French classes from 9h-12h30 or for full days from 9h-17h30.
