I’m a warm, compassionate and practical counselor working in a supportive and gentle way so you feel heard, understood, supported and safe.
By encouraging self-awareness and offering guidance, I can help you find relief and balance so you can recover and move through the difficulties you are facing.
I can help with a range of issues from relationship difficulties, dilemmas, break-ups, separation, divorce, workplace abuse, bereavement, grief, loss, stress, trauma and other life changes.
In an atmosphere of calm, respect and understanding you can talk openly and honestly with me to explore any difficult thoughts or feelings you are having, safe to be your true self, without worry of criticism, fear or judgment.
My approach and how we can work together
I use an integrated counselling approach combining talking therapy and cognitive behavioural tools within a psychodynamic frame. This gives me the flexibility to choose the best-fit approach, tools and techniques from various schools of thought to create a practical and personalized therapy that’s unique and right for you.
