Feeling lost, anxious, depressed, angry or stuck? I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist who offers you a creative approach either online or in my comfortable central Barcelona office. I am bilingual and work either in English (fluent) or French (native) with adults, children and couples.

Areas of counselling I deal with (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Relationships
  • Loss and grief
  • Depression
  • Anxiety, panic attacks
  • Trauma
  • Work related issues
  • Burn out
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Living abroad
  • Sexuality, LGBTQA related issues
  • Addictions

What I have to offer: the Gestalt approach

I provide a safe place for you to take time to breathe, observe, listen, explore and express what needs to be expressed while always respecting confidentiality.

I offer you a place to be heard and understood, a place to share your feelings and also to experiment, in order to accept the person you are and to help you create the person you want to be.

The goal of psychotherapy is not to change you, change is your choice.

My intention is to raise awareness in the here and now of how you relate to the world, others and also yourself.

As Gestalt is a holistic process, I view the person as a totality of mind, body, emotions and spirit who experiences reality in a way unique to themselves;

As these aspects are equally important, I will endeavour to focus your attention on each of them.

I work with individuals, or groups, children, adolescents and families on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period depending of what you feel you may require.

A bit about me:

Originally a French qualified teacher from Lille, working abroad in international schools and in business settings with young children and adults in France, Tunisia and England. I retrained as a Gestalt Psychotherapist in the UK and relocated to Barcelona after living, for many years, in London. I studied at Regent’s college and obtained my Master's Degree at the Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University in London. While in the UK, I gained experience working for various organisations, providing therapy for NHS patients presenting with diverse issues (loss and mourning, suicidal thoughts, post traumatic stress, depression, addictions, schizophrenia and LGBTQA issues).

Furthermore, I am also interested in hypnotherapy and have 200 hours experience with Hypnotherapy Training International.

Since 2018 I have worked in Barcelona where I have my private practice. I also offer my therapeutic support to a charitable organisation helping refugees.
