Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Finding yourself dissatisfied in your relationship with your partner, family, co-workers? Struggling to turn off your anxiety and worries or deal with self-destructive behaviors? Do you want to move forward but you don't know how? You don't have to struggle alone. I'm here to help you overcome your difficulties and open up more options and possibilities.

I combine talk therapy with an experiential, body-centered approach. The body holds untold stories that we might not be aware of in our ordinary consciousness. In our session together, you are gently guided into mindfulness for self-exploration. I believe that through mindful attention to our body we can get to know ourselves in a much deeper and more intimate way.
