What to expect from the system if you are planning a family or find yourself pregnant in Canada...
The Canadian College of Family Physicians recommends that women see their family doctor before getting pregnant to discuss diet, habits and to undergo a physical check-up. It is advisable that a woman sees her family doctor as soon as she finds out she is pregnant so diet, family history, health and allergies can be discussed early on in the pregnancy.
