To visit Canada either as a tourist, student or temporary worker it is necessary to satisfy Canadian immigration requirements. Visitors to Canada (such as tourists) are required to:

  • Have a valid passport
  • Be in good health
  • Satisfy immigration officers that they will return to their home country and demonstrate that they have sufficient ties with their home country (such as employment)
  • Have sufficient finances to cover their stay
  • Give details, if required, about where they intend to stay whilst in Canada

Visitors may also be required to:
