To visit Canada either as a tourist, student or temporary worker it is necessary to satisfy Canadian immigration requirements. Visitors to Canada (such as tourists) are required to:
- Have a valid passport
- Be in good health
- Satisfy immigration officers that they will return to their home country and demonstrate that they have sufficient ties with their home country (such as employment)
- Have sufficient finances to cover their stay
- Give details, if required, about where they intend to stay whilst in Canada
Visitors may also be required to:
