Playing Golf in Denmark

Most golf clubs will expect players to respect dress code and wear suitable shoes. Check with the individual golf course for any specific requirements.

If a player holds an official handicap from a club in another country they should be able to play on most courses in Denmark and should also be able to participate in a tournament using that handicap. However, there may be restrictions on how low or how high a handicap they must have.

Even if a player does not hold an official handicap, they might be allowed to play in some clubs. This is known as "pay and play".
