Gibtelecom has fibre broadband services, it is possible to check availability online.

To get connected to the Internet, take the following documents to the customer service centre:

  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of residence
  • Bank account details to set up a direct debit

Once the application form has been filled in and the details processed, the line is connected as soon as possible (usually within ten days maximum). The customer service centre is open Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00, Saturdays 10:00-13:00.
