Getting a Mobile Phone
To get a mobile phone contract, take the following documents to the customer service centre:
- Proof of identity
- Proof of residence
- Bank account details to set up a direct debit
To reload a pre-paid phone, phone cards are available either at the Gibtelecom customer service centre or at various outlets in Gibraltar.
Telephone bills for mobile phone contracts are sent out monthly and are payable on reception. Bills can be paid by direct debit, in person or online. Customers who have landline, Internet and mobile services with Gibtelecom, are billed for all services under the same invoice.
