Taxi: Taxi stands are located on the left-hand ramp outside Arrivals. Separate aisles are designated for different taxis:
Red taxis: serve Hong Kong's urban areas including the airport except Tung Chung Road and roads in south Lantau
Green taxis: serve the New Territories and specific roads in Lantau only
Blue taxis: serve Lantau and the airport
Passengers in taxis will pay for toll fares in addition to the meter fares


Bus:Twelve Airbus routes called "A" routes connect various parts of the city to the airport. Other routes serve external destinations and night services.


Coach: Bus service is available to a number of mainland cities in the Pearl River Delta


Train: Airport Express is the airport railway operating 24 hours. The train runs every 10 minutes during the day and every 12 minutes in the evening. The journey from the airport to Central is 24 minutes. Tickets are sold at machines in the Arrivals Hall

Ferry: A ferry service from Tung Chung New Development Pier at Chep Lap Kok takes passengers to Tuen Mun in the New Territories, and operates throughout the day
