The Netherlands has international schools which focus on learning in English...
International schools are predominantly fee-paying, although the Dutch government often contributes some small portion of the expenses which places international schools under government jurisdiction.
Some private international schools follow a British, American or other country's curriculum; others may teach in English but follow an international curriculum or offer the European Baccalaureate. Dutch international schools follow the Dutch educational programme but teaching is largely in English or at least, bi-lingual.
Almost all international schools offer the International Baccalaureate.
