Domestic Water Supply

There are two water suppliers in Metro Manila: Maynilad and Manila Water, The city is divided into the East and West Zones.
Maynilad in the West Zone covers the following areas: Fairview – Commonwealth, Malabon – Navots, Muntinlupa – Las Pinas, North Caloocan, Novaliches – Valenzuela, Paranaque, Quirino – Roosevelt, Sampaloc, South Caloocan, South Manila – Pasay – Makati, Tondo.
Manila Water in the East Zone covers Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pateros, San Juan, Taguig, Marikina, parts of Quezon City and Manila.
Only the residential property owner may apply for a new water service connection or to disconnect a water service. This can only be carried out at the relevant Business Center.
Tenants are responsible for paying the bills, which are generally delivered to the property itself.
Payment
Bills are sent monthly. Payments can be made through the following:
- Accredited Payment Centers
- Over the counter at banks
- Internet banking
- Phone banking
- Mobile banking
- Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
- Credit card payment
The water supply is disconnected if payment is not made by the due date, and the customer must pay all outstanding charges before the water is reconnected.
