Al-Anon is a support organisation for the family and friends of alcoholics. English-speaking meetings are held in Geneva.

Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) is a recovery program for adults whose lives have been affected as a result of being raised in an alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional family. It is a 12 step group based on Alcoholics Anonymous. The literature used by ACOA Geneva is in English but all languages are welcome and the group is now open to anyone identifying as an adult child of a dysfunctional home and looking for support.
