Information on the school enrolment procedure in Turkey...
Schools for Foreigners
International schools specifically for foreigners in Turkey follow a different national curriculum and have their own enrolment policies. Websites are generally informative.
Some private schools catering to Turkish citizens and teaching in a foreign language have both primary and secondary sections. For the enrolment policy, refer to a school's website.

Enrolment to Turkish Schools
On enrolment to 6th, 7th and 8th grades, the Level Determination Exam ( SBS) results are considered. For the enrolment to secondary schools, a Secondary Schools Exam (OKS) result is required; the overall points calculated are influenced by the results of the SBS.
