Pharmacies in Ho Chi Minh City are often open until late, however, there are few pharmacies open 24-hours. The Family Medical Practice Clinic and the International SOS Clinic both have pharmacies open 24/7 if a prescription is needed outside of normal working hours.

Most Vietnamese pharmacies have a wide range of medicines, available often without a prescription. It is advisable to check the expiry date before purchase.
