I'm wondering as a non ASEAN citizen how much things will change for me once these guys start implementing the ASEAN Community next year? It ought to benefit many of the citizens of those countries and perhaps also permanent residents. But what about, say a New Zealander or an Aussie? Anybody in the Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore or HCMC have a clue how that's going to impact us? I'm living in Jakarta right now, and wondering if there's anything to look forward to, or some nuisance to anticipate. Tell us where you are, where you're from and what you know or think about this topic. For example, I'm curious how similar it would be to the EU? How different? Non EU member citizens can get a Schengen visa for example to most countries in the EU. Is that gonna happen here as well I wonder?
