So sorry we appear to have missed your post. Had we seen it we would have said straight away that €200 for a taxi is way above the going rate.

Our own suggestion would have been to use the excellent Coach service from Sete Rios in Lisbon to Óbidos. It takes a couple of hours, though. About 50 minutes more than by car but it costs around €8 is safe, clean and efficient.
