Hola Therapy

Hola Therapy is a small and busy practice in Polanco, Mexico City. Our therapists are English-speaking and have all trained internationally. We believe that the foundation of effective therapy is finding a therapist who is the right fit for you. Therefore we offer a free 15-minute consultation with any of our therapists, which is an opportunity to ask any questions you have, talk about their style of therapy, and generally see if their personality is the right fit for you. If desired, we can discuss how long therapy is likely to take based on your referral concerns and the changes you would like to see. Sessions are offered flexibly (including evenings and Saturdays).
